What room categories do you have at the hotel?
All our hotel rooms feature a shower, toilet, TV, hairdryer, and the amenities you need as a guest. Wireless internet/fiber is free of charge and requires no password. We offer single rooms, double rooms, and deluxe rooms. Our double rooms come with either two separate beds (90 cm each) or one shared bed (160 cm). Our deluxe rooms are more spacious double rooms with a seating area and guaranteed sea view. Rooms with a queen-size bed are 160 cm wide, and rooms with a king-size bed are 190 cm wide.
What is the age limit for the spa?
We welcome all guests who are 16 years old and above to our spa. During certain selected weeks throughout the year, such as Christmas break, winter break, Easter break, autumn break, and summer, we have a lower age limit for our spa.
What happens if I need to cancel my spa package?
For overnight packages, we always recommend purchasing cancellation protection at the time of booking. It costs 100 SEK per person and allows you to cancel due to illness up until the day of arrival. The cancellation protection is personal. If you do not purchase cancellation protection, you can cancel your package free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. For cancellations made after this period, the full price will be charged.
Cancellation of day packages can be done free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival. For cancellations made after this period, the full price will be charged.
In case of cancellation, Skepparholmen will retain the cost of the cancellation protection and charge an administrative fee of 150 SEK including VAT.
However, you can transfer the package to another guest/friend.
